Jack’s Top 20 Contenders for Kentucky Derby 2011 as of March 22nd. The 137th Kentucky Derby will be held at Churchill Downs on May 7th and televised on NBC.

I admit that in last week’s rankings I went a little crazy with Premier Pegasus and have properly adjusted him for this week. It’s not that Premier Pegasus didn’t run a great race or that he doesn’t deserve all the credit, it’s simply that I think the horses I have listed above him are racing against tougher competition in each of their Kentucky Derby Prep races and that needs to be accounted for.
