The empty winners enclosure at Cheltenham Racecourse, England Wednesday March 12, 2008, where this afternoon's meeting at the Cheltenham Festival has been abandoned due to high winds. Officials made the decision Wednesday after a morning of intense and gusty winds at the course. They said there was a danger of temporary structures being blown over and threatening the 55,000 fans and the possibility of debris getting onto the track.
